It is without hesitation to say that Elk Grove is beautiful every time of the year, although there’s something about the holidays that seems to fill the city with even more beauty. While Christmas is nearing, and it can be just as much a source of excitement as it can be stressful. We are trying to meet deadlines, buy the right gifts, set up decorations, and much more. Make sure that you are taking time this month to do things that help you relax and enjoy the end of the year. Below, I have a December 2019 Elk Grove community event calendar, and there is guaranteed to be an event that is calling your name.
(Not-so) Traditional Holiday Feast
Date: Saturday, December 14, 2019

‘Tis the season to turn your holiday meals up a notch! This private cooking event will cover the proper prep and execution of a savory Prime Rib Roast featuring a modern twist at the end, as well as a game-changing Stuffed Pork Loin that will make everyone at the dinner table go crazy! Dinner preparation, execution, and presentation will all be discussed to ensure that everyone leaves class with a few new tricks up their sleeve. All you need to bring is an eager mind and your appetite.

The Thank You Event

T-Mo Entertainment is an award-winning entertainment company that has helped contract and produce big-name artists in TV, music, and modeling since 2000. They have received an incredible amount of support and love over the years, allowing them to continue doing what they do best. This final event of the year is their way of giving back to the incredible community around them! Head over to the LB Venue inside Pins N Strikes for a night full of music, comedy, and poetry!
Robot Play Day
Date: Sunday, December 22, 2019

Admission: Free
Bring your little one to meet and play with robots Botley, Artie, Ranger, and Zip. Robots have become a popular trend among children, with Disney’s movie Wall-E, Star Wars R2-D2, and many other famous characters. This play day will have a robot-themed storytime as well as coloring activities. There will be many enjoyable STEAM activities offered throughout the day, and they will be fun for the whole family.
