In these cases, parties other than the involved driver may be considered at-fault for the accident.

The Impact of an Injury

An accident injury can be very serious and children are especially vulnerable. In many cases, children who are hurt during accidents need extensive medical support in order to recover. In very serious cases, the child can be left with injuries that affect them for the rest of their lives. Furthermore, recovering from these injuries can be painful, stressful, and financially difficult. Paying for the necessary surgeries, medicine, physical therapy sessions, and other expenses can be hard for families. Additionally, a chronic injury may mean having to make expensive modifications to your home.
