Car Crashes Into Apartment Sacramento
I’m Ed Smith, a Sacramento personal injury lawyer. A car crashed into an apartment complex after colliding with another vehicle during the afternoon hours of Saturday, April 8, 2017. Unfortunately, the collision caused two people to be hospitalized.
What Happened?
A silver Acura sedan was traveling along Warner Street at approximately 12:30 pm. The Acura was involved in an accident with another vehicle. The impact of the collision resulted in the Acura spinning out of control. The Acura then struck a parked vehicle moments before crashing into an apartment complex along Kit Carson Street in the vicinity of Revere Street.
Woman in Apartment Building Injured
A woman was sitting on the couch in her apartment at the time of the crash. When the Acura struck the building, the vehicle pinned the woman on the couch. A 16-year-old boy immediately came to assist the injured woman pinned between the Acura and the couch. The boy also ran upstairs and assisted a woman who may have been suffering from an asthma attack from witnessing the collision involving her daughter.
The female motorist of the Acura and the woman pinned on the couch were both transported to local hospitals to be treated for minor injuries.
