Two People Injured in Crash on SR-65 Near Blue Oaks Blvd in Roseville
Two people were injured in a traffic crash on SR-65 near Blue Oaks Blvd in Roseville on Sunday, August 2, 2026, on the southbound on-ramp to State Route 65, according to preliminary dispatch information.
Crash Reported on SR-65 On-Ramp
The collision was reported shortly before 12:45 p.m. and involved a black Honda Accord and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Initial information indicated the vehicles collided on the southbound on-ramp.
Both vehicles came to rest on the right shoulder of the on-ramp as emergency crews responded.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee’s airbags deployed, and one occupant reportedly noticed smoke inside the vehicle following the collision. Tow trucks were requested for both vehicles after the Honda sustained major rear-end damage and the Jeep suffered significant front-end damage.
