Scooter and E-Bike Safety: Follow the Rules of the Road
Scooter and electric bike riders must obey traffic laws, including using crosswalks, stop signs, and signals, and riding in designated lanes whenever possible. Nighttime visibility is critical—wearing reflective clothing and using lights can help prevent collisions. Riders should always stay alert, anticipate turning vehicles, and avoid distractions, as even small lapses in attention can have devastating consequences.

Drivers Must Share the Road Responsibly
Motorists also have a responsibility to watch for pedestrians, scooter riders, and cyclists, especially in residential neighborhoods and near intersections. Reducing speed, scanning carefully for vulnerable road users, and yielding when required can save lives. Sharing the road safely requires constant attention and respect for all forms of transportation.
