Roseville September 2019 Community Event Calendar
Roseville holds endless opportunities for a chance to invent, explore, and curate your interests and passions. You can find trivia nights that are fun for the whole group, art classes to nurture your creative side, and cultural festivals with enough authenticity to make you feel like you have left Sacramento. There is not enough time to list all activities in Roseville, but I’ve created a brief list of local events for those will be in the city this month.
Friends-Themed Trivia Night
Date: Thursday, September 19, 2019

It seems that almost everyone in the U.S. has seen at least one episode of Friends, if not all 236 episodes! The famous sitcom produced a handful of scenes that will remain permanently ingrained in our memory. However, a true fan is someone that has a strong memory of the little things as well. This trivia night will certainly draw a line between the amateurs from the junkies, bring your friends (no pun intended) to Topgolf and see which category you fall into!

Anime Drawing Class
Date: Wednesday, September 25, 2019

Admission: $95 – $105 fee
Blue Line Arts is eager to help guide those artistic minds that would like to dabble in the art of anime. This 90-minute workshop will teach attendants the fundamentals of anime drawing while providing inspiration to create your own imaginative world, and even a self-portrait inspired character! Artists will learn how to create an anime poster, blue line sheets, their favorite anime characters, and much more. Anime is a selective but incredibly worthwhile artistic skill to have, you will not regret participating in this workshop.
Romanian Festival 2019
Date: Sunday, September 29, 2019
Time: 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Admission: Free
Romanian culture is a direct product of its geographical location as well as its unique historical evolution. The cultural atmosphere of Romanian is distinct from other eastern European regions and has been popularized all around the world by its holiday traditions and urban folklore. This festival will include traditional Romanian cuisine, live Romanian music and folk dancing, art exhibits, children’s activities, and more. All ages are welcome at this family-friendly culture festival.
