Collision Injuries

Sustaining an injury during an auto accident can be very serious. Car crash survivors are liable to suffer a range of major injuries including:

Many common accident injuries take a long time to recover from and can involve extensive medical care. For many crash survivors, the process of recovery involves more than one surgery, extended hospital stays, physical therapy, medication use, and more. All of these treatments together often add up to a huge amount of debt, which can cause crash survivors to be unsure of how they can afford the care they need to regain their health.

Furthermore, being injured in a car accident has the potential to affect your ability to work. People who are unable to do their jobs either permanently or for a significant amount of time can find it even more difficult to afford their medical bills and may not even be sure how they will be able to pay for bills.

Getting Help

Thankfully, collision survivors can often get help. Through contacting a Napa personal injury lawyer, survivors can pursue compensation from at-fault parties to their accident. With many accident cases, injured individuals can claim payments for their lost income, medical expenses, damaged vehicle, and more.

In many cases, accident survivors don’t know if they need to call a lawyer. However, you should always at least talk to a lawyer after being hurt during an accident. Even if your case isn’t right for an attorney, an experienced lawyer can help you understand your best way forward toward claiming the compensation you deserve. Importantly, most attorneys offer phone consultations free of charge.
