Oakley Events for October 2017
I’m Ed Smith, an Oakley Wrongful Death Lawyer. October is a special month in the United States, as it signals the beginning of the holiday season. From the tricks and treats of Halloween in October, the champagne popping parties for New Years Day in January, and the Easter egg hunting in April, there is a major holiday that defines many of the next months to come. Below I have a short list of some of the family activities that Oakley citizens can look forward to this month.

This family friendly event will include an abundance of vendors on site, a pie-eating contest funded by Black Bear Diner, a pumpkin decorating contest, a costume parade, and another costume parade for canines! This community event is the perfect way to start off the holiday season, complete with a designated children’s area that will consist of bounce houses and plenty of arts and crafts. Hope to see you there!
