Single-Car Accidents – What You Should Know
Have you or someone you love been involved in a crash that involved only one vehicle? Did your vehicle hit a guardrail, fixed object or a tree?
This is known as a “single-vehicle accident” and it is important to note that it isn’t always your fault. There are various factors outside of your control which can cause single-car crashes or make them worse. Those factors include:
- Defective car parts and products
- Roadway Signs placed poorly
- Construction Zones that are dangerous
- Flooding (pools of water)
- Ice on roads
If you were in a single-car crash and you believe someone else was at fault for the injuries you suffered, please contact an experienced attorney.
