Stockton Church Crash
Stockton Church Crash
There was a probable domestic disturbance that attracted police to the area of South San Joaquin Street and East Fifth Street at approximately 9:20 pm. As the police were investigating the area for any individuals that might have had involvement with the incident, they discovered a male sitting in his car. After authorities came into contact with the male, he drove away from the scene. The police began to chase after the male’s vehicle while driving northbound on San Joaquin until they reached the cross street of East Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The male motorist lost control of his vehicle which caused him to crash into the gym of the St. Mark’s United Methodist Church after coming into contact with a traffic light pole.
