It was also unknown whether the man died before the crash, or was killed by the impact with the tree or the ensuing fire.

In the below video. a car attempting to make a left turn through and across stopped traffic into a parking lot collided with another car Eastbound on Calvine right before Elk-grove Florin. The car making the left turn failed to see the oncoming car in the eastbound lane before attempting the turn.
